I have my master’s degree in social work and have worked in the field of social work for over a decade. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a private therapy practice that is separate from my coaching programs. I’ve completed my IFS Level 1 training through the IFS Institute, as well as multiple somatics trainings. While we won’t be doing therapy together, these trainings provide the foundation you need to move forward in your growth journey.

I currently only offer coaching services online. When we have our sessions, we’ll meet over Zoom. As a coach, I’m able to work with leaders located throughout the United States and around the globe, so online services are the best way to serve my clients.

Currently, I don’t offer group coaching services. In this season of my coaching practice I prefer to work one-on-one with leaders to help them have the relationships they want and to live in alignment with their values.

For coaching clients interested in hourly coaching or 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day long IFS intensives, my hourly rate starts at $300.

First, I’ll review your application before our call.

Then, during our meet-and-greet call, I’ll ask more questions to ascertain if we’d be a great fit and to determine which program would best fit your needs, if you need help deciding.
