Online Dreamwork and IFS Weekend Workshop for Thoughtful Professionals

A small-group weekend workshop for nervous system regulation, dreamwork, and inner clarity

Grounded presence and dreamwork for thoughtful professionals

You’ve invested in your education, your career, and the people you work alongside.

You think critically, feel deeply, and care about the world, and yet, your inner life doesn’t always get the same level of care and attention you give everything else.

This weekend workshop is an opportunity to change that.

Over two days, you’ll step away from urgency and solution-focused patterns and step into an intimate space devoted to somatic presence, dreamwork, and depth. You’ll be guided by two experienced practitioners whose work lies at the intersection of:

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems)

  • Somatic embodiment and grounding

  • Jungian dreamwork

Together, we’ll explore how your body and your dreams are already offering you information, meaning, and direction…and how to listen with more clarity and nuance.

For the perceptive, curious professional who wants to understand what’s beneath the surface

You’re reflective, compassionate, and thoughtful. You read, you think, and you care about the world around you. You’ve done therapy or coaching before. You’ve built a meaningful career, and you’re not afraid of inner work.

And yet, you’re running on empty in ways that are hard to name. Your inner life keeps signaling something important, but there’s never quite enough space to listen. You’re noticing:

  • Your nervous system runs hot: stress, anxiety, or subtle overwhelm sits in the background even on your best days, and the usual ways of unwinding aren’t really working anymore

  • You notice dreams, images, or recurring themes that feel important, but you’re not sure how to approach them in a grounded, non-gimmicky way

  • You sense that your body, your unconscious, and your rational mind aren’t fully in conversation together yet

  • You’re craving a space that meets your intellect and invites you deeper into something more embodied, imaginal, and symbolic

  • You've lived across cultures, languages, or contexts, and you're ready to bring that complexity into the room rather than leave it at the door

this weekend is designed for people like you:

Highly capable, creative, and deeply caring about others and the world around you

This weekend is for those who want to deepen their relationship with their own inner world, not as another task to check off the list, but as a serious practice in their lives.

This workshop isn’t therapy, and it’s not a casual gathering.

This weekend is a curated, small-group experience for people who are ready to engage with somatic practice and dreamwork in a focused, time-bound container. You can expect:

What this weekend is (and what it isn’t)

01 A thoughtful blend of teaching, guided practice, and reflection

02 A pace that allows for integration

03 Plentiful space for each participant to feel genuinely seen and supported

04 Facilitators who understand the impacts of stress and overwhelm and who work with nuance and care

You will not be asked to share anything you don’t want to. Opting out, modifying practices, and holding something privately are all welcome.

what you’ll walk away with:

Start to recognize your own personal signals of overwhelm, stress, and anxiety in the body

Before the end of this weekend, you’ll learn to identify how your nervous system communicates through sensations and subtle shifts so you can catch dysregulation earlier and respond more skillfully.

Experience and practice at least two somatic exercises that create a real pause

You’ll leave with simple, repeatable somatic practices you can use in between meetings, before difficult conversations, or when you feel that overwhelm or tension in your body, so you can ground your system instead of pushing past your limits.

Understand why dreamwork is profoundly relevant in our current moment

You’ll explore how dreams have been understood across time and culture, and why in an era of speed, data, and constant productivity, dreamwork can be a transformative way of staying in relationship with psyche, soul, and meaning.

Discover how dreams are both symbolic and somatic

You’ll learn how dreams don’t just “tell you a story,” but engage your body and nervous system. We’ll explore how dream images, bodily states, and emotional tones reflect your relationship with yourself and all your parts.

Learn at least one clear way to approach a dream image

You’ll experience a method for staying with a dream image, not to decode it, but to let it speak. You’ll leave with insights on how to tend to your dreams as an ongoing practice.

This weekend is designed to be introductory in accessibility but substantive in depth.

Meaning: You’ll leave having actually experienced the work.

What we’ll explore together

Day 1: Somatic Grounding and Nervous System Literacy

We’ll begin by orienting ourselves to the body. You will:

  • Learn how overwhelm, stress, and anxiety show up somatically

  • Practice somatic exercises that:

    • Help you locate a sense of groundedness

    • Support you in staying connected to yourself in complex or demanding situations

  • Reflect and integrate through journaling and optional small-group sharing

Day 2: Dreamwork, Symbol, and the Imaginal Body

On day two, we’ll turn toward dreams, images, and the symbolic life, all while maintaining body awareness. You will:

  • Encounter Jungian and depth psychological approaches to dreams through a grounded introduction

  • Explore why dreams matter in our contemporary, globally interconnected context

  • Learn about archetypes, myth, and symbol in a way that’s accessible and personally relevant

  • Discover how dreams carry somatic and emotional information, not just ideas

  • Be guided on how to stay with a dream image - not to decode it, but to let it speak

Meet your facilitators

Rani Gupta, MSW

IFS and somatic coach for heart-centered leaders

Hey there! I’m Rani, a clinical social worker with 10+ years of experience, now working as a coach with high-achieving, heart-centered professionals. I support clients who are exceptional at what they do and want their inner world, and their relationships, to feel just as honest, emotionally present, and alive.

In this intensive, I’ll be guiding you into a more attuned relationship with your body so you can:

  • Recognize the early signals of overwhelm

  • Start to intentionally and proactively integrate embodied pauses in your day

  • Stay connected to yourself while engaging with others and with your work

Darlena Dench, Ph.D.

Jungian Hypnotherapist

Hi, I’m Darlena! I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with a doctorate in Mythological Studies and Depth Psychology. My work brings together Jungian dreamwork and clinical hypnotherapy, drawing on myth, symbol, and the imaginal to help people access layers of meaning that thinking alone can't reach.

I work with people who sense that something important is trying to emerge — in their dreams, their bodies, and the recurring patterns of their lives — and who are ready to listen more closely. They are often curious about:

  • The symbolic language of dreams

  • Archetypes, myth, and the unconscious

  • How imagery can guide ethical, creative, and relational choices in the outer world

Over the weekend, I will introduce you to dreamwork as a living relationship. You’ll be invited into dialogue with your dreams through imagery, story, and the body so you can access deeper layers of meaning and guidance.
